Site Security & Fire Safety

The protection of your critical data is our most important responsibility.  We review this aspect of our operation on a consistent basis.  Our intrusion system is monitored by Sonitrol 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.  Our fire-suppression system is monitored by Sacramento Valley Alarm and Bay Alarm 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.  Back up security measures are in place for our fire and intrusion system in case of power loss.  Both our fire and intrusion protection systems are continuously tested and reviewed.  Copies of recent inspections are available for review.

Only authorized personnel are allowed in our facility; any visitors or contractors are personally escorted at all times.  Access to any of our buildings is controlled via access cards.  There are no entry points accessible via keys.  Exterior doors are closed and locked at all times.  All facilities maintain adequate outside lighting for security and safety.

Recording & Monitoring

Digital recording cameras are in place at key strategic points.  Motion is recorded and archived in our secure data vault.
