• Cooling - Dual redundant chilled water cooling units pumping cold air into the pressurized raised floor of the data center.


• Power Infrastructure - Redundant power feeds with UPS (uninterruptible power supply) electricity with backup generators and diesel as well as “On-Call” diesel delivery if needed.


• Fiber and Bandwidth - Being serviced by multiple Fibers from the Local Exchange Carrier (AT&T / SBC / PacBell) on a sonnet ring to ensure a fiber cut would not affect the communications connections of the facility.


• Telecom Facility - The Co-location within a telecom facility that is considered to be part of essential services, as it routes E911 traffic, it is generally immune to rolling black-outs. It is classed at the same level as a hospital, police station or other critical public service.
